Virtual FD sponsors The Leeds Fashion Show

Here @ Vfd we are passionate about Leeds as a thriving place to do business and we want to ensure that the professional service providers of the city, such as Accountants, Solicitors and IFAs connect with the creative part of the city. Having spoken to some of the 'creatives' in the city we believe there is a huge disconnect between these two thriving sectors. So we've put our money where are mouth is and Virtual FD is sponsoring the Leeds Fashion Show for the 2nd year running.

Leeds Fashion Show's 'Dress Me Beautiful' showcases up and coming designers alongside Leeds-based boutiques. Now in it's fifth year, the event was held on 19 October 2010 at Leeds City Museum. The LFS team, namely Sherelle Davidson, Anjula Davidson, Rhonda Richards, Anita Ford, Pebbles Bowen, Sarah Wood and Misty Granger, as well as volunteers work tooth and nail to make sure that the show is a memorable experience.

Their testimonials give you a flavour of how they put fashion, Leeds and aspiring designers on the map.

Their overall mission is to attract attention to the creative talent that we have in the North, whilst at the same time opening opportunities for fashion related business development. In their own words, "they believe that Leeds has a missing link for individuals after Higher Education in the fashion industry and Leeds Fashion Show aspires to bridge that gap."
