Who is Virtual FD?
A little bit of background about the company
Virtual FD is a forward looking, growing firm of Certified Accountants, Business Advisers and Registered Auditors. This means that the most important people in this business our clients; have the backing of the largest international professional body of accountants in the world. As Registered Auditors we are also qualified to provide a full audit service to any size of company.
The company deliberately has a small number of staff. This is so that we can provide a personal service. With us you will always know who is dealing with your affairs. However, it is also to enable us to be able to call in the services of as many outside experts as possible to give you the best possible professional advice available.
We have arrangements with a large, regional firm of Chartered Accountants to assist with audit and tax matters. This includes a VAT specialist, and a Chartered Tax advisor. We are also members of the ProBiz network who provide tax planning and business development advice. This allows us to offer you the range of services that would ordinarily be the preserve of the much bigger firms of Accountants.
We have also developed a number of approved Strategic Partnerships with other companies specialising in solving a whole range of business problems. One thing we try not to do is 'to be all things to all people'. A small company cannot do that but what we can do is identify YOUR most pressing business challenges and find someone who has the solution for you. We will connect you with the right Partner for you; someone that 'fits your business' and who gets what you're about.

My passion is helping people to achieve their life objectives by achieving their business and financial goals. With over 25 years experience of Accountancy public practice and 10 years in business, financial independence and freedom are my goals and also what I aspire to achieve for my clients. I know that trying to achieve that can be a problem for some clients, but my philosophy is that problems are presented to us for us to solve, turning us into better people as we solve them. Outside of work I love trying new things. So, if I'm in a restaurant and there's something new on the menu that I've never eaten before, I'll order it just for the new experience. I love my work, but I'd rather be out running or fell-walking!

Dash Landa, Trainee Accountant
Roy would describe me as 'The Future', as I am the newest member of The Team and an AAT Trainee. A key part of my role is producing your accounts and reviewing your book-keeping.
